At Wilder Farm we harvest in small waves, picking each crop at its peak and letting you know when it’s time. When you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll receive:
- Harvest announcements – what’s coming in from the field, how to place a pre‑order once we’re ready to sell, and when and where you can pick up.
- Occasional farm news – updates from the fields and woods, from the first blossoms on the peas to the last pound of potatoes pulled from the soil.
- Stories & articles – glimpses into life on a Maine farm, tips for enjoying and preserving your vegetables, and reflections on the people and places that make up our community.
We don’t take online orders yet; instead we keep you in the loop so you’re always first to know. Add your email below to get on the list — we’ll send you a quick confirmation email just to be sure we have the right address. We respect your inbox and only send news when there’s something worth sharing.
Special announcement: Grange Community Market – July 26, 9 AM – 2 PM
Mark your calendar for the Grange Community Market at the Grange Hall in downtown Norridgewock, ME. On July 26 we’ll be there from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the first tastes of the season:
- Organic new potatoes – earthy, tender and perfect for steaming or roasting.
- Organic shell peas – a July delicacy, wonderful raw right out of the shell or simmered with butter and salt.
- Organic log‑grown shiitake mushrooms – if the flush is ready, we’ll bring these meaty, umami‑rich caps straight from our Red Oak logs.
- Organic Wilder‑ness blackberries – deep purple and sun‑sweet, a taste of high summer in every bite. With our colder‑than‑usual season this year, they’re ripening a little later than normal, so we’ll announce their arrival as soon as they’re ready.
Come meet us at the Grange, take home something delicious, and chat with us about what’s coming next. By subscribing to the newsletter you’ll get a reminder as the date approaches and alerts about everything else that’s coming in from our fields and forests.
